CLOUD CONNECTOR
The Goal
Design and define the behavior of an application that allows users to scan and print from a variety of cloud storage providers for three (3) different touch screen sizes (multi-functional printers).
User Journeys
Mapped out the journey a user takes when deciding to digitize the hard copy documents or print a copy of digital documents directly to and from their cloud storage account.
Authentication and Authorization Process
Explored multiple options for the authentication and authorization process. Top three are as follows.
Option B was the most ideal. The flow is simple and easy on the user.
Upon discussion with the development, Option B was ruled out due to technical limitations.
Option C was the next best option for the user. And the development proceeded with this option.
After development investigation, it was concluded that Option C would not allow for easy scalability of the app in the future.

Charted out the feature list and settings for version 1.0 (minimum viable product)
Prioritized and structured the settings based on user's usage.
Competitive Analysis
Performed competitive analysis to understand how other products in the market allow users to scan and print from various cloud storage services.

Selecting 'Next' displays the Terms of Use.
After inputing the code and selecting ‘Connect’, the authentication screens for the cloud storage service (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive) are displayed.
Authorizing the printer to access the files and folders on the cloud storage service will display the next screen.
